A little cleaning feels good! (but why?)

The alkalinity and cleanliness of body fluids trigger healing processes, but we also need to make efforts to improve different aspects of our life, including mental aspects, physical and spiritual.

The practice of a physical activity makes it possible to decrease the bad cholesterol and especially to increase the good cholesterol. Walk, run, swim… Everything that makes us sweat, breathe deeply, therefore eliminate toxins. Also exercises that strengthen the muscles, are excellent.

It should be remembered that the muscles of the trunk, from hips to armpits, keep the organs in the right place. When the muscles weaken, organs can move. So with exercising, everything becomes more efficient!

Choose the activity that suits you and practice it regularly at least 20 at 30 minutes, ideally every day, minimum 2-3 times per week. Keep in mind that the body is the healer and we don’t need to know how to cure a condition.; the body knows. All we need to do is be ready to heal and do the right thing.

What would be very good, and would speed up the cleansing of the body, would be to do 3 to 6 colon cleanses, by irrigation (colonic).  All nutrients pass through the colon, and it is good to get rid of as much of the material as possible that sticks to the walls of the colon and prevents nutrient absorption. 

We can have it done or we can also do it at home if we prefer. You can buy the equipment to do it in the comfort of your home. This can be bought at any health store. If you prefer a therapist, there are a lot of great colon therapists all over the place.

But this is very individual, and everyone chooses what suits them. Some like it and others like it less. There are many choices for cleaning yourself, a ”colonic” is a good way, but not the only one.

Here is a recipe that removes acidity from the body and makes it alkaline. The potato broth recipe (created by Christian Limoges Naturopath).

  • 3 peeled sweet potatoes (remove the center if they are white potatoes)
  • 6 celery stalks
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 3-4 carrots
  • 2 liters of pure water (filtered or distilled)

Preferably organic foods, without pesticides.

Boil gently over low heat for 20 minutes with the lid.

Filter and drink 3-4 cups per day. Can be kept 4-5 days.

Very quickly and effectively removes acid from the body. Very good for Fibromyalgia.

Here is the recipe for salad vital (Christian Limoges Nd). The recipe makes six to eight servings and will keep in the refrigerator:

  • 1 handful of Spring Mix salad (spring mix)
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 grated turnip
  • 1 grated beet
  • 1 cup of shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup of shredded red cabbage
  • 2 diced tomatoes
  • 6 celery stalks
  • 1 parsley package
  • 6 endives
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 red pepper and its seeds in pieces

Dressing

No. 1

  • 1 cup of olive oil
  • ½ cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons unpasteurized honey
  • 1 tablespoon of Amino Liquid (Bragg) which replaces salt

No. 2

  • You can also use prepared Bragg brand dressing

It is good to eat this salad as often as possible.
