Rosemary the anti wrinkle
ROSEMARY: This is an evergreen perennial shrub, growing to a height of 31 to 50 inches, with leathery needles, silver-green leaves and small tubular, pale-blue flowers.

Rosemary is one of the most strongly aromatic and widely used medicinal plants. One of the most valuable and invigorating of essences, it is an excellent tonic of the body’s energy, able to promote good blood circulation.
General stimulant and tonic. Aphrodisiac. Revitalizes skin cells, and is a powerful anti-wrinkle, cicatrisant and anti-infectious. Excellent in skin care preparations to regenerate and beautify the skin.
It is an excellent tonic of the muscles, and is used for muscular stiffness, cramping, and pain. You can dilute 20-30 drops of rosemary essential oil in about a tablespoon of organic (preferably) oil (olive, almond, sunflower etc.), massage all over needed area. It is also one of the best anti-rheumatic essential oils. Great in shampoos to stimulate and regenerate the scalp. (in 8 oz of shampoo you can add 80-120 drops of this essential oil. Mix well.
Properties: Anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-rheumatic, anti-spasmodic, hepatic stimulant, hypertensive, cephalic, carminative, diuretic (mild), expectorant, neurotonic, sexual tonic, general tonic.SAFETY DATA: Do not use in pregnancy or while breast-feeding, or on children under 2yrs. Avoid using on individual with epilepsy, fever or heart disease. Do not use at more than 2% dilution.

Skin care: Pure essential oil of rosemary is a very potent anti-wrinkle.
Adding few drops to your skin care routine is an excellent idea. Only 3-5 drops and you can massage it neat (directly on the skin) or mixed in a bit of a facial cream or organic oil, as a treatment, which you can do weekly or every day for a week. You can also repeat the treatment once every 3 weeks, or more often if your skin needs it. Remember that essential oils are very potent. It is a good idea to test a tiny bit on the skin or always use it diluted in organic oils or a cream base.
Rosemary essential oil may boost your health by improving mental focus and memory, fighting hair loss, relieving pain and inflammation, repelling certain insects and easing stress. It is said that it can prevent neuro-degenerative problems such as Alzeimer or others. Simply inhale the oil few times a day directly from the bottle, or by rubbing few drops in your hands and than inhaling it.
Remember that essential oils are very concentrated, so you only need a few drops at a time.
