''I had my first child when I was just turning 18, got divorced at 21 and remarried at 30. After I had my daughter, since I was so young, I went through some body image problems and ended up anorexic and then bulimic. After going through quite a bit of hardship about self image, I decided that I wanted to help other women to feel good about themselves; so I became a beautician using natural oils of flowers and plants, and later on a naturopath.

I was always interested in the natural approach and I ended up teaching other beauticians and cosmetologists natural ways to help enhance their client's beauty and well-being and that we can be perfect in an imperfect way.

I believe that we deserve to feel good about ourselves, and that we can enjoy life at any age, we now know that everything starts in the mind. I truly believe that we are getting to a point that women don't want to be compared to some "plastic" prototype anymore. No matter your shape or size, you are no less a woman. We need to acknowledge that there is more than just what you see and that age mostly means "experience and wisdom", which is priceless. All women need to support each other in this way of thinking and together we can influence what is happening out there! I love to encourage women to accept and be proud of who they are.

Yes I want to think that I am perfect in an imperfect way!

I love to help others by sharing what I have discovered and which has helped me. I could describe myself as a nurturer, a seeker of truth, a peacemaker, loving life and all of its creation, intuitive and interested in the science of the soul. I believe that we are all connected and that together we can achieve great things! I always say ‘Unity Makes Strength’.

When you feel good, you look good. The world needs your beauty, why not share it!''

Peace and joy,
